If you've made a new year's resolution to get closer to nature, you'd have a hard time getting much closer than my clients did with swans, herons and pigeons on my recent workshop in Regents Park. One of the most rewarding aspects of doing these workshops is when I see young photographers engage with the natural world and develop their own styles of interpretation. It was great to see my youngest attendee trade her zoom lens for a wide-angle to capture a fun, quirky and alternative side to the bird feeding frenzy.
