My family's holiday cottage in Normandy is where my wildlife photography truly began. Now I don't get there nearly as often as I'd like, so any opportunity to photograph dragonfly larvae emerging or butterflies in the wild meadow is one to be seized. Here I learnt the value of making simple clean images, and training the patient mind and creative eye to do so.
